🥩 25% Steaks (Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Filet) → 75–100 lbs
🍖 25% Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Brisket) → 75–100 lbs
🍔 50% Ground Beef & Other Cuts (Stew Meat, Short Ribs) → 150–200 lbs
Note: Expect a ~15% weight reduction during butchering.

🔹 Dry-Aged for Flavor – Beef hangs for 21 days to enhance tenderness and taste
🔹 Pickup & Enjoy – Pay remaining balance upon pickup and enjoy!
Grain-Finished vs. Grass-Finished
✔ Grain-Finished: 100% grass raised, then finished on a grain diet for extra marbling and a rich, tender flavor. This is the preferred choice for a classic steakhouse experience.
✔ Grass-Finished: 100% grass raised. Cattle eat only grass and forage their entire lives. This process takes longer (about six extra months) but results in leaner beef with higher omega-3s and antioxidants.
