What’s Included?
🐃 300-400 lbs of Premium Angus Beef
🥩 25% Steaks (Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Filet) → 60-80 lbs
🍖 25% Roasts (Chuck, Rump, Brisket) → 60-80 lbs
🍔 50% Ground Beef & Other Cuts (Stew Meat, Short Ribs) → 120-160 lbs
⚠ Note: Expect a ~20% weight reduction during butchering.
Grain-Finished vs. Grass-Finished – Choose Your Preference
✔ Grain-Finished: Raised on grass, then finished on a grain diet for extra marbling and a rich, tender flavor. This is the preferred choice for a classic steakhouse experience.
✔ Grass-Finished: 100% grass-fed for a leaner, healthier beef with higher omega-3s and a slightly earthy taste. Takes longer to raise, but results in a natural, nutrient-dense product.
