From our ranch to your freezer – here’s how simple it is to order your beef:
🔒 Step 1: Reserve Your Beef
Secure your quarter, half, or whole Angus beef share by placing a deposit.
Pricing is based on hanging weight, with discounts for larger shares:
- Quarter Beef — $6.50/lb
- Half Beef — $6.40/lb ⭐
- Whole Beef — $6.25/lb (Best Value) ⭐
Choose your share, place your deposit, and we’ll take care of the rest.
📋 Step 2: Customize Your Cuts
Fill out our quick online cut sheet to choose how you'd like your beef cut and packaged.
Not sure? Leave it blank—we’ll default to our most popular choices.
🚚 Step 3: We Send It to the Butcher
Once your order is in, we handle the logistics and deliver beef for processing every Wednesday.
⚖️ Step 4: Hanging Weight is Provided
The butcher provides the hanging weight, which is used to calculate your final total.
Your remaining balance can be paid before or at pickup.
⏳ Step 5: 21-Day Dry Aging
Your beef is dry-aged for 21 days to maximize flavor and tenderness.
🔪 Step 6: Butchering & Packaging
After aging, your beef is expertly cut, vacuum sealed, and frozen for long-lasting freshness.
📦 Step 7: Pickup or Delivery
About 3–4 weeks after deposit, your beef is ready!
- Grain-Finished: Pickup in Saratoga Springs or request local delivery
- Grass-Finished: Pickup in Logan, Utah
💳 Step 8: Pay Remaining Balance
Your final balance is due at pickup or before delivery.
